Contract between the User and piatramare.ro
This document constitutes a contract between the user (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you”) and SC PRESCON PIATRA MARE SA (hereinafter referred to as “piatramare.ro”, “we”).
Please read these contractual terms and conditions (“Terms and conditions”) carefully before using the piatramare.ro website.

By using this website or ordering tourist services via email or telephone, you fully agree to these Terms & conditions, without any restriction. If you do not agree with any of the terms described, you may not use this website in any way.

piatramare.ro provides you with an automated system that allows you to search and check availability for various tourist services and make the desired reservations. piatramare.ro processes the data provided by you for the provision of hotel and tourism services.

Please note that the information published on this website may be changed at any time. piatramare.ro does not guarantee that the information published (including rates, descriptions, or dates) is free from errors or omissions, but we will make every effort to correct any errors (that can be corrected) as soon as they are brought to our attention.
Conditions of Tourist Service Providers
Any booking or reservation request made on the website or by phone/email will be considered your intention to purchase a specific product or tourist service from Hotel Piatra Mare. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from piatramare.ro, and this contract will come into effect.
All tourist services published on the website are subject to availability. The terms and conditions, check-in/check-out times at the hotel, and the conditions for cancellation/modification of tourist services will apply in addition to the Terms and conditions of this Site.
Hotel Reservation Conditions
The standard check-in time is 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 12:00.
Attention! If you arrive at the hotel after the check-in time indicated above, your rooms are held until 24:00 (local time) on the day of arrival. If you arrive at the hotel after this time, please specify this possibility in the reservation or inform us, stating the estimated time of arrival.
Cancellation and Modification Conditions for Reservations
Depending on the cancellation policy of the reservation, cancellation may be made in writing. The written request must be made by the reservation holder, from Monday to Friday between 8:00-17:00, via email: office@piatramare.ro.
The cancellation policy applied to each reservation depends on the type of service, the tourist service provider, the travel date, or other factors specified by the Tourist Service Provider.
Review Collection
piatramare.ro may collect reviews from customers about the hotel and the services offered by piatramare.ro and its partners. Customers consent to the publication of their reviews on the website or their offline use by representatives of piatramare.ro.
Other General Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Services of piatramare.ro
Complaints
Any problem encountered during the tourist’s stay must be communicated urgently to piatramare.ro so that it can be resolved promptly. Complaints must be made in writing to the accommodation unit within a maximum of 2 days after the end of the stay, at the email address: office@piatramare.ro.
Payment
No payment methods other than those presented on the site are accepted, and we do not assume any responsibility for the amounts of money sent by courier.
Depending on the terms and conditions imposed, at the time of booking, you may be required to pay the full or partial amount of the reserved service, and the payment will be made to the account of SC PRESCON PIATRA MARE SA.
piatramare.ro does not undertake any obligation to provide services in the event of non-payment in full of the ordered services. In any situation, you are responsible for paying the amounts related to the tourist services ordered.
Payment can be made with the main recognized credit cards or in cash.
piatramare.ro reserves the right to charge any additional fees (or commissions) that may arise at the time of bookings through credit cards. In this case, you will be informed of the applicable fees.
piatramare.ro reserves the right to transfer the costs generated by chargeback penalties. If your reservation is paid with another person’s credit card, we reserve the right to request written authorization from that person.
Additionally, to minimize the effects of credit card fraud, before issuing documents, we reserve the right to perform random checks and request a copy of your ID card.
All rates and fees may fluctuate due to changes in the exchange rate. The rates displayed on the site are room rates per night and include VAT, hotel taxes, and breakfast. Rates are in euros and are calculated at the BNR rate on the day of arrival.
Payment Methods
The travel documents related to the reservation (invoice, tax receipts) can be sent by electronic mail to the address entered at the time of booking or can be picked up directly from our headquarters. Our consultants can provide you with detailed information at any time, if necessary.
Website Use
SC PRESCON PIATRA MARE SA is not responsible for the User’s ability to access or use the Site or for any failures caused by the lack of such skills. piatramare.ro does not guarantee that the site cannot be affected by viruses or other actions that may cause malfunctions or other losses.
User Obligations
You agree to comply with the following obligations, including (but not limited to):
- Financial responsibility for all transactions made in your account or name.
- Being over 18 years of age and having the legal capacity to initiate legal actions.
- Guaranteeing the truthfulness of the data provided about you or your family members.
- Not using the Site for speculative purposes, generating false or fraudulent reservations.
- Prohibition of transmitting political, pornographic, racist, or other materials that contravene the law.
- Obligation not to alter, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license, or reproduce the content of the Site except for personal and non-commercial use of a single copy of the information contained on the Site.
- piatramare.ro does not ensure that the information on the Site is up-to-date. Therefore, it is the User’s responsibility to ensure that the information is current.

piatramare.ro is not responsible for direct and/or indirect losses suffered by the user caused by, but not limited to: possible price differences, lack of availability, and any other incorrect information communicated and/or taken from hotel companies and/or any of the partner companies providing tourist services).
piatramare.ro reserves the right not to provide tourist services whose rates were displayed erroneously. In case of the occurrence or display of possible pricing errors, the user agrees to waive any and all claims against SC PRESCON PIATRA MARE SA, with piatramare.ro returning the amounts paid by the user as soon as possible.
SC PRESCON PIATRA MARE SA cannot guarantee the uninterrupted provision of the website and cannot be held liable for losses of any kind resulting from this fact, including unrealized profits.
